Returns Policy

Standard Items
- Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Custom or Personalised Items
- Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item was damaged during delivery
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
